Return and Refund

Eligibility:

  • Return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging

  • Returns accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personal care products, sale items, or customized orders

Refund/Replacement:
